We're pretty excited about this 7inch featuring our fellow funk brothers. Sky Hi is a big funk band with a big funk sound. This whopping 9 man crew (which happens to share players with the Half-Truths) drops their first plate on G.E.D. Soul and the results are super smooth!

 

"Smoothie Pie" is on the plug side. Don't let the humorous title fool you, this sweetly styled number is a groover all the way through culling only the best elements of Motown inspired soul. The electric piano/guitar call and response on this joint is the creme de la creme.
